These seem to be a very good buy for the money, as I have tried several different hair, skin, and nails concoctions. This one has more "good stuff" for an better price. My nails seem to be improving, although I'm not as good at taking the vitamins I should be. I think it takes a really long time to tell with hair and nails, because they grow slowly. You have to be patient and stick with a product for several months to really see a change.

i have finished two of these and i love these.. my nails aren't brittle anymore. =]

I love this product. I switched to it from GNC’s hair vitamins and I like the fact that this has no gelatin in it.
